The Labyrinth
Through out time, walking the labyrinth path has supported those on a spiritual pilgrimage. Following its winding path based on sacred geometry calms the conscious mind, exercises the physical body and energizes the spirit. Since 1991, there has been a labyrinth revival. Begin your journey with me, here and now.

Body Mind Spirit Guide & Healing Garden Journal
“A Labyrinth Journey,” written by Kathy Igoe, is a story about her first experience walking a labyrinth in August 2006. The story was in both the Body Mind Spirit Guide and the Healing Garden Journal, free publications distributed in Michigan and available online.
Oprah Magazine
“Washington journalist, hostess and all-around power player Sally Quinn wasn’t what you’d call a believer…until a family crisis led her to create a sacred structure that’s brought her faith, hope and clarity.” This is an excerpt taken from the beginning of the article “Charmed Circles” in Oprah Magazine, November 2008.
Sting
“The labyrinth…had become something of an obsession of mine in recent years, so much that I had one constructed as an earthwork in my garden in England. It measured over 40 feet in diameter, and I would walk there every day, telling people it calmed my mind.” This according to Sting in his article “The Journey & The Labyrinth” discussing his 2006 album “Songs On The Labyrinth.”
Rediscovery of the Labyrinth
The above webpage link, from the Veriditas.org website, shares the story of the history and rebirth of the labyrinth, energized by Rev. Dr. Lauren Artress, Founder of Veriditas.org and author of Walking a Sacred Path and The Sacred Path Companion. Take time to peruse both books on Amazon through the links provided above.
